Congratulations to the Class of 2022, their families and our academic staff on this year’s very pleasing Year 12 Certificate results. We are delighted that 31% of our students attained an ATAR greater than 90 (top 10% of ACT/NSW) and 17% gained an ATAR above 95, while 53% of students received an ATAR above 80. Congratulations to Dux of the College Setu Gupta, for achieving an ATAR of 99.55. Proxime Accessit was shared between Kaiden Edye and Lachlan Loutit with an ATAR of 99 – placing them in the top 1% of ACT/NSW.

We are equally proud of students who sought a vocational path, many have already secured apprenticeships. The results of the Class of 2022 are not only testament to the hard work and commitment of our students and their teachers, but it is also a reflection on parents and carers for their support and encouragement.

The boys’ achievements are but one piece of a jigsaw. Of greater importance is the character and the wisdom they have formed from a Catholic education in the Marist tradition. They leave Marist with a legacy of leadership and service, kindness and courage, extremely well equipped to serve and shape their world.
