Please note: In order to use the SMS system, the mobile phone number used to report the absence needs to be on file with the College.

SMS Notification

Parents are asked to include the following information in the SMS notification:

If an SMS or App notification explaining the absence is not received, a text message will be sent that day by the College to at least one of the boy’s parents or carers.

For parents/carers that report non-attendance using SMS or the College App, there is no need to follow up by sending in a ‘hard copy’ note.

The College will reply to the email with important information and possibly request additional information.

The parent/carer must also report the positive test result to ACT Health via the ACT COVID-19 website. ACT Health will also provide stay-at-home instructions.
