Assistant Head of School - Junior School

It is my pleasure to announce Kirsty Bell as the new leader of the Junior School. Kirsty has 24 years as an educator, 18 of those in leadership roles in the Catholic and independent sector. She has undertaken the longest job interview in her acting capacity with great enthusiasm and energy while demonstrating strong strategic intent. The College Executive have enjoyed working alongside her and she continues to endear great respect from her Junior School colleagues.

Kirsty has a Master of Educational Leadership, a Graduate Diploma of Religious Education and a Bachelor of Teaching. She is also a qualified TQI/AITSL teacher certification assessor with a passion for assisting teachers in their professional growth. Kirsty is currently undertaking two separate study programs at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Newcastle University. 

Kirsty is an active member of St Gregory’s Parish, has participated in the Marist Pilgrimage, Footsteps 1 and 2, and is a member of the Marist Association.
