Last Wednesday, a group of Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts students headed to Bundanon, the former property of the artist Arthur Boyd, for a three day Art Camp. While the weather was not as kind as we would have hoped, it didn’t dampen the spirits of the students who created some wonderful artworks and photographs inspired by the landscape and surrounds of the 1100 hectare property.
Our arrival back to the ACT was unfortunately delayed by one day due to minor flooding on the Shoalhaven River. I would like to thank the students for their participation and the positive attitude shown, despite the obstacles that weather conditions caused throughout the program. Everyone really enjoyed their experience and we can’t wait to return to Bundanon in 2023.
