Holiday Work Experience
Important reminder
Despite this year’s challenges, 24 boys have still managed to complete Work Experience (WEX) in 2020, with over 130 collective days of work being undertaken. This is a marvellous number of students exploring their future pathways and forging networks in fields varying from the traditional trades of plumbing, carpentry and electrical to primary school teaching, disability services and the Navy.
With the holiday break coming up, it is a great time to consider experiencing the world of work. If you are planning on this, you must complete the College’s Four Way Agreement and return it to the Careers Office at the College or via email before you begin your WEX.
If you are eager to undertake some work experience and don’t have any possible leads, please contact the Careers Office. Please follow the attached handy Flow Chart for WEX.

Employers are often contacting the College with work opportunities for suitable young men. Follow the Marist College Canberra Careers Facebook page for up-to-date opportunities.
