The Dr Paul Brock Memorial Medal is the major award conferred by the Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL). This prestigious honour is awarded annually to a prominent educational leader who has significantly impacted educational direction and achievement. In particular the award commends the recipient's demonstrable value of social justice in making substantial contributions to evidence informed policy, practice and research.
This year, the award has been conferred on Br David Hall. Br David is well known to many Canberra families as he taught here in both the Junior and Senior Schools. On behalf of the College, we congratulate Br David and offer our thanks for the extraordinary contribution he has made to Catholic Education over many years.
